Observation

The exit doors do not have audible alerts on them to prevent children from leaving unsupervised. The pets are in the main child care space. Two dogs stay with the children in the licensed space. When diaper changes occur, Provider is unable to actively supervise the children and the dogs. The children were seen to hug on the bull dog.
